The first Lutheran Cursillo retreat is scheduled to happen next weekend
April 24-27.  It will take place at Canby Grove Retreat Center, 7501 Knights
Bridge Road, Canby, OR 97013.  There website is canbygrove.com.
 
I trust God is at work in this retreat and yet, we are facing some
challenges. Our two music people (a couple) are unable to attend the
weekend. Mike's brother died a few days ago and they need to remain in
California to attend services and be present with family. So... we are
without a musician.  We do have a CD that goes along with the songbooks.
There is a piano in the rollo/chapel room. I ask you to hold this
"opportunity" in prayer!  If you are able to come for part of the weekend to
help with music, that would be greatly appreciated!  You can contact me on
my cell phone at 503-679-8052.
 
The Agape Feast is at 9:00 p.m. on Saturday evening. It will take place in
the Dining Room. I don't know how we might serenade, but you are welcome to
attend.
 
Las Mananitas will be Sunday morning at 7:00 a.m.  Please meet in the Mount
Hood building at Canby Grove.  It is the large octagon building, just off
the parking lot.  If you could arrive by 6:45 - that would be great!
 
If you would like to participate in the Clausura, please plan to arrive by
1:45 meeting in the dining room.
