Dear All:

Just a reminder about the retreat scheduled for next month. St. Hilda's is
excited about hosting this event and re-energizing their community. Please
RSVP to me if you are able to come. Also, spread the news to those folks who
you think would be great leaders for our community. You do not need to be an
active member of the Secretariat or the Servant Community. Just an interested
party. If you have any questions, contact me.

There is NO COST or fees. There will be a donation plate should you want to
provide a donation as a means of thanking the St. Hilda's Community.

HOUSING - If you don't want to say overnight at the church then you would be
responsible for the cost of the hotel or motel room that you're at. If you
live nearby and want to go home - that's cool with me too as long as you're
there ready to go on Saturday. We will be sleeping in the church hall.

FOOD - St. Hilda's is providing the meals for the weekend. If you want
something to snack on or have special foods that you can only eat - then bring
those items. I need names by Monday, Feb. 5th so that St. Hilda's can purchase
food supplies.

BRING - Comfortable clothing, sleeping bag & pad, no showers. Pen/Pencil -
pad of paper if you want - they will be provided.

Late comers and walk-ins will not be turned away!

Below is the agenda for the weekend.

Thanks,

Anne

P.S. Judy Cato is having a "goodbye" party that same day starting at 12:30
pm in Portland. I adjusted our schedule so that we can make it their in
sufficient time.
