Dear all,

You might recall the aborted attempt at this that took place in December.
My friend has had life-long epilepsy due to scar tissue in the temporal lobe
of her brain.  A section the size of a plum was scheduled to come out
(fortunately, her language center is on the other side) in order to
ameliorate the seizures.  However, a particular error before the surgery
meant she had to reschedule.

 

So, we're gearing up again for an attempt tomorrow.  Please spare a moment
tonight or tomorrow morning to hold Amy, her family, and the doctors and
support staff in your prayers.
